L/E REAL ESTATE GROUP would like for you to spread the word about our properties, so we are introducing a unique Referral Program by offering our family, friends, and colleagues these attractive monetary incentives.
Simply refer your family, friends, colleagues or clients that may be looking to rent our properties and receive
$100/referral/unit
based on the referral program guidelines.
Please read the referral program process below for instructions on how to proceed and review the program's guidelines if you have a prospective applicant interested in the featured property.
FIRST STEPS...
Have the new applicant visit our website and view the featured property listing.
If they are interested, have them review our process for renting under the application/form section.
If the applicant feels he/she meets the criteria, have them contact us to set up an appointment to see the property and move forward with rental screening process. Be sure to inform the new applicant to reference you as a referral and include your name on the rental application.
If the new applicant meets all the referral guidelines below, we will contact you and send a check for $100 within 30 (thirty) days from the date the new tenant takes physical possession of the rental unit.
REFERRAL PROGRAM GUIDELINES
Each referral will receive $100/unit upon completion of the following:
ONE referral per rental unit applies. No exceptions.
The New Applicant must fully execute a lease agreement within 30 (thirty) days from the date the perspective applicant visits the rental unit.
Referral relationships must be announced and documented to L/E REAL ESTATE GROUP prior to submitting a rental application otherwise the individual is disqualified from the referral program.The burden of proof is on the New Applicant not L/E REAL ESTATE GROUP.
Referrals are paid once a fully executed lease agreement with L/E REAL ESTATE GROUP is signed, tenants takes physical possession of the rental unit based on the stipulations of the lease agreement, and upon full receipt of all move-in funds, including but not limited to 1st months rent, security deposit and any other additional funds needed to fulfill the obligations of the signed fully executed lease agreement.
It is the obligation of the referring party, not L/E REAL ESTATE GROUP, to insure the New Applicant reference them as the "referring partying", on the rental application, and insure the application has been received by L/E REAL ESTATE GROUP, otherwise the "referring party" is disqualified from receiving $100.
L/E REAL ESTATE GROUP is not responsible for the New Applicant's action or inaction regarding the referral program.
